South Carolina governor signs ‘heartbeat bill’ as Planned Parenthood prepares lawsuit

South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster signed The South Carolina Fetal Heartbeat and Protection from Abortion Act Thursday, banning abortions in the state when a fetal heartbeat is detected.
